ALL TICKET SALES FOR LOVE ON THE LAWN DAY ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable regardless of circumstances including but not limited to: inability to attend, change of plans, weather conditions, or personal emergencies.
General Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following limited circumstances:
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email if an event is cancelled.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased duplicate tickets, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@myticketslive.com and we will review your request.
No Refunds For
- Change of mind or inability to attend
- Inclement weather (unless event is officially cancelled)
- Transportation issues or travel delays
- Lost or stolen tickets (contact us for reissue)
Service Fees
Service fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
